These general terms and conditions apply to services of Fieten Olie B.V. (hereinafter: Fieten Olie), based in Hollandscheveld, and to use of our website.

1. Scope

These terms apply to the supply of fuels, lubricants, fuel and charge card services, charging solutions and other mobility services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Quotes and agreements

Quotes are non-binding unless stated otherwise. An agreement is formed after written confirmation by Fieten Olie or after execution of the order.

3. Fuel & charge card

• The card costs € 5 per card per year.
• No connection fee; cancellation is possible monthly.
• You only pay for what you refuel and charge; transactions appear on one invoice.
• Fieten Olie may block cards in case of misuse, late payment or breach of these terms.

4. Prices and payment

Prices on the website are recommended prices unless stated otherwise. Payment terms follow from the agreement or invoice.

5. Delivery and availability

We strive to keep information about stations, prices and opening hours current. Temporary outages or deviations are possible.

6. Liability

Fieten Olie is liable for direct damage resulting from an attributable shortcoming, limited as agreed in the relevant contract or under applicable law.

7. Privacy

We process personal data according to our privacy policy.
